Prohibited Content

Illegal content: Any content that violates applicable laws and regulations
Violent content: Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence
Hate speech: Discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, etc.
Adult content: Pornographic, obscene, or sexually suggestive content
Child safety: Any content involving inappropriate behavior toward children
Fraudulent content: Misinformation, scams, or misleading content
IP infringement: Unauthorized use of others' works
Privacy violation: Publishing others' personal information without consent
Malware: Content attempting to spread malware or conduct cyberattacks

Allowed Content

Creative art: Artistic creation and visual expression in various styles
Educational content: Learning, research, and knowledge sharing
Commercial use: Product design, marketing materials, and other commercial creations
Personal projects: Creations related to personal interests and hobbies
Fictional works: Novels, stories, screenplays, and other fiction

Content Moderation

We use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect policy violations. All content is reviewed during generation and publication.

If your content is incorrectly flagged, you can file an appeal through our appeals process. We will review within 48 hours.

Enforcement Actions

Violations of the content policy may result in the following consequences:

  • Content removal: Violating content will be removed
  • Warning notice: First-time minor violations will receive a warning
  • Feature restriction: Repeated violations may result in limited functionality
  • Account suspension: Serious violations may result in account suspension
  • Account termination: Extreme cases will result in permanent ban

Report Violations

If you discover content that violates the content policy, please report it through the platform's reporting feature or send an email to report@xihe.ai. We take every report seriously.
