This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and MEISHENG TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the AniFlik mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
AniFlik is operated by MEISHENG TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Technical development, technical support, system maintenance, bug fixing, and daily technical operations are provided by PHOENIX NEXUS PTE. LTD. for the purpose of supporting the stable and secure operation of the Platform.
By creating an account, accessing, or using AniFlik, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

- Technical Development, Support, and Maintenance Provider: PHOENIX NEXUS PTE. LTD.
PHOENIX NEXUS PTE. LTD. is responsible for providing technical development, technical support, system maintenance, bug fixing, platform optimization, and related technical services for AniFlik.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform.
By using AniFlik, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
- Technical support related to account access, login issues, system errors, and platform functionality may be provided by PHOENIX NEXUS PTE. LTD. on behalf of the Platform.
4. Platform Services
AniFlik provides users with access to:
- Short drama and serialized video content
- Streaming, viewing, and interaction features
- Subscription-based or in-app purchase services, if applicable
- Technical support, system updates, bug fixes, and platform maintenance services supported by PHOENIX NEXUS PTE. LTD.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
PHOENIX NEXUS PTE. LTD. may provide technical support, system development, maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, and related technical services to help ensure the stable operation and continuous improvement of the Platform.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on AniFlik, including videos, scripts, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, user interfaces, designs, and technical systems, is owned by or licensed to the Company or its authorized licensors.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, or exploit any content, software, system, or technical component of the Platform without prior written consent.
- Technical development, software support, and system maintenance provided by PHOENIX NEXUS PTE. LTD. do not grant users any ownership, license, or other rights in the Platform's technology, software, or intellectual property.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose
- Upload or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights
- Attempt to interfere with the Platform's security, technical systems, servers, networks, or operation
- Use bots, crawlers, scraping tools, automated tools, or unauthorized technical methods to access, copy, monitor, or interfere with the Platform
- Attempt to bypass, disable, damage, reverse engineer, or interfere with any technical protection measures, security features, or platform functions maintained by the Company or PHOENIX NEXUS PTE. LTD.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
- Certain content or features may require payment or subscription.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
- We may change pricing or subscription plans with prior notice.
- Technical support for payment-related display errors, subscription access issues, or in-app purchase functionality may be provided by PHOENIX NEXUS PTE. LTD.; however, payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers.
8. Technical Support, Maintenance, and Feedback
PHOENIX NEXUS PTE. LTD. provides technical development, support, system maintenance, bug fixing, troubleshooting, and platform optimization services for AniFlik.
If you encounter any errors, bugs, technical issues, login issues, playback problems, payment access issues, or user experience problems while using AniFlik, you may contact us by email.
We also welcome feedback, suggestions, and improvement ideas regarding the Platform. Such feedback may be reviewed by MEISHENG TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. and/or PHOENIX NEXUS PTE. LTD. for the purpose of improving AniFlik's services, technology, and user experience.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to AniFlik at any time if:
- You breach this Agreement
- Required by law or regulatory authority
- The Platform is discontinued
- Your use of the Platform creates security, technical, operational, legal, or compliance risks
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
AniFlik is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, availability, compatibility, security, or error-free operation.
Although MEISHENG TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. and PHOENIX NEXUS PTE. LTD. will use reasonable efforts to support platform stability, technical maintenance, and service improvement, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, free from defects, bugs, viruses, delays, or technical failures.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
- The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, technical failures, system errors, bugs, network issues, third-party service failures, or user experience issues except as required by applicable law.
- PHOENIX NEXUS PTE. LTD., as the technical development, support, and maintenance provider, shall not be liable to users for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from technical support, system maintenance, platform optimization, bug fixing, or related technical services, except as required by applicable law.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the past 12 months.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
