Getting Started
Understand the Workbench and Creation Structure
The Workbench connects several objects in one creation flow. Understanding these relationships makes it easier to choose projects, find results, and reuse assets.
Teams, projects, and episodes
- A team determines members, team credits, and manageable projects.
- A team project organizes ongoing creation and is required when submitting an image or video generation task.
- An episode belongs to a project and further organizes assets and results. It is optional on the image and video generation pages.
- Project assets organize storyboards, videos, characters, scene images, props, audio, and other content by episode.
Joining a team does not necessarily make you a member of every project. If a project is missing, ask the team owner or project creator to check your project access.
Common destinations
- Image Generation: create images from a prompt and optional reference images.
- Video Generation: generate video with Creative, First/Last Frame, or other modes currently available on the page.
- Video Processing: process uploaded videos or completed video works.
- Assets: manage person, Seedance, and Doubao assets.
- My Works: browse video works and continue editing when eligible.
- Team Management: manage team members, projects, project members, and credit statistics.
- Subscriptions: view or manage the subscription for the team you own. It does not follow the team currently selected in Team Management.
Where results appear
- Image results: the Preview and History tabs on Image Generation.
- Video results: the Preview and History tabs on Video Generation. Successful videos also appear in My Works.
- Recent successful images and videos: Recent Works on the Workbench home page.
- Imported project assets: the asset page for the target project and episode.
Recommended first-time path
- Confirm that you have joined a team and a project.
- If no project exists, ask the team owner to create one.
- Select the project on Image or Video Generation, enter the creative content, and review estimated credits.
- Submit, then confirm the result in Preview and History.
- For ongoing production, import the result into project assets or continue in the editor.
