Process an Existing Video
Before you start
Video Processing accepts local uploads and completed video works. The page shows the tools and parameters currently available.
You need a valid team project and at least one usable source video. Follow the selected tool's guidance for the required source count, specifications, and parameters.
1. Select a project
Select the related project before adding video sources. The episode is optional. With project context, a processing result can later be imported into the corresponding project assets.
2. Add source videos
Two source types can be mixed:
- Upload: choose a supported local video file.
- Existing Work: select a completed video work.
The page reads duration, resolution, orientation, and codecs, then performs compatibility checks. When reading fails, an asset expires, audio is missing, or multiple sources have incompatible specifications, replace or re-upload the affected source as instructed.
Some multi-source tools require matching resolutions or other specifications. After adding sources, wait for the page to read them, and adjust media only when the selected tool reports an incompatibility.
3. Select a processing tool
The page may provide enhancement, subtitle removal, storyline analysis, script extraction, scene segmentation, question-based analysis, recap generation, and highlight editing.
Each tool has its own source count, total duration, codec, and audio requirements. Do not prepare media against fixed limits; use the current guidance shown for the selected tool.
4. Set parameters and review the quote
After selecting a tool, complete only the parameters shown on the page. Once the project, sources, and required parameters are valid, the page returns an estimated cost based on detected media duration.
If the media is shorter than the recommended duration, the page explains the possible quality impact and lets you adjust or continue. Do not submit when quoting fails; resolve the source or parameter issue first.
5. Submit and view the result
Select Submit. The task enters queued or processing state. Stay in Preview to wait, or reopen it later from History.
When an original upload expires, the page asks you to upload it again. Existing processing results may remain available for viewing and download; follow the status shown on the page.
What you should see
Preview shows Done with the matching result: video tasks provide a player or downloadable file, while analysis and script tasks provide readable content or an organized package. History retains the task, actual status, and credits used.
Troubleshooting
- Video details cannot be read: select Retry video details. If it still fails, choose a valid file or upload it again.
- No estimate or submission is blocked: check the project, source count, compatibility messages, and parameters required by the selected tool.
- Processing fails: reopen the task from History, review its result message, then correct the source or parameters before submitting again.
