Team Members and Project Permissions
Team access and project access are separate layers. After joining a team, you may still need to be added to a specific project before you can create in it.
Team owners
On the Team page, a team owner can:
- edit team information;
- invite or remove team members by email;
- create team projects;
- edit projects and project credit limits;
- close, reopen, or archive eligible projects;
- view project and member credit statistics.
Other members cannot remove the team owner from the member list.
Subscriptions, recharges, credit transfers, and credit logs use separate Subscription, quota, or Personal Center entries; they are not managed on the Team page. These financial entries apply to the team you own and do not switch when you view another team in Team Management.
Regular members
Regular members can view teams, members, and projects they can access, but they do not see owner-only controls for editing, invitations, credit statistics, or project creation.
A regular member can leave a team. Before leaving, confirm that you no longer need access to its projects and history.
Project members
Team members do not automatically belong to every project. In Project Overview, the project creator can:
- add an existing team member to the project;
- set or adjust an optional member credit limit;
- remove a member from the project.
When a project is closed, project members and historical content remain, but members cannot be adjusted and no new generation can be submitted.
When a project is missing
Check these items in order:
- the correct team is selected;
- you are still a member of that team;
- the project creator added you to the project;
- the project was not closed or archived;
- the page does not report an access change or load failure.
An eligible user can reopen a closed project. If the project is archived, continue with another active project.
Closing versus archiving
- Close pauses new creation while preserving project content and credit relationships. It can be reopened.
- Archive removes an unused eligible project and cannot be reversed.
Read the confirmation dialog before acting and do not use Archive as a temporary pause.
